Solid White Oak cutting boards. These 9 1/2” x 13” x 1” cutting boards are part of our economy series boards. The economy series boards are boards that are cut flat grain may include knots and have less attention to sanding up through the grits then our other boards.

However, the economy boards do still include sanding to 100 grit on back up to 120 grit on the front side then sanded on all edges. The boards receive the same finishing treatment as our premium series boards. Finished with food grade mineral oil and then our wooden board conditioner.
