Tall Colonial Baseboard

If you have an old house with tall Baseboard you are looking to replace. This product might be just what you are looking for. However due to its height supply may not always be readily available please call to check for availability and lead time.

When making Baseboard this tall the biggest challenge is finding enough boards wide enough for the job. This will limit the type of wood you have to use. Typically for domestic woods we only see widths in Pine and possibly Poplar this wide.

‍ ‍A conversation will have to take place with the customer to see how tall of Baseboard they are looking for, the type of profile they need, and on my end the material I will be able to find to complete the order.

In this example you are seeing in the pictures. This Baseboard was 9” tall and made from locally grown Eastern White Pine that we sawed and dried right here at our sawmill.

Price on this product will have to be determined based on the requests of the customer. However to give you an idea the price for the 9” Pine baseboard you see would usually sell for $7.95 per LF currently.
