The lumber you receive will be prominently clear however it may contain some small tight knots. The Lumber has all been kiln dried to an average of 7%. However, wood will pick up relative humidity and moisture readings will be higher usually ranging between 8-13%. The wood will acclimate to the conditions of your workshop rather quickly because it has been kiln dried to a lower moisture content.
